Avion Abreu is a Global Real Estate Advisor and licensed REALTOR® with access 
to an elite collective of Real Estate Professionals worldwide. She ensures her clients 
always have reliable resources when they are interested in acquiring or selling any real 
estate asset, domestically or internationally. Her niche markets include commercial 
property / multifamily acquisitions & sales, retail & restaurant tenant representation, 
land acquisitions and new construction home sales. 

She specializes in helping custom home builders analyze the profitability of off market land 
opportunities for their upcoming projects. In addition, she and her team develop the marketing 
strategies to ensure a successful pre-sale which limits the Builder's risk and exposure in the market.
Avion is enthusiastic about supporting, educating and guiding her clients through one of the most 
pivotal times in their live such as out-of-state relocations, divorce and probate. As a REALTOR®, Avion 
advocates for her clients. As a devoted wife and mother of two sons, she understands how important 
real estate can be for the families she supports. Whether her clients are buying, selling or building, she works 
tirelessly to promote their best interests.

Avion's passions include her family, history, dance and travel. When she isn't working, you can find her at 
your nearest museum or studying a new form of dance. Additionally, Avion is a Board Member for GA Goal 
and a Capital Campaign Committee Member for the City of Refuge, a volunteer organization dedicated to 
helping homeless and struggling individuals and families with food, clothing, housing, employment and 
other basic life needs.
