Avion rocks! No question about it. We found and purchased our home from another state, and Avion made us feel completely comfortable. She went to each property we were interested in and did a video walk-through with us. We talked pros and cons of each property, and she saw things we couldn’t. We never felt she was biased in her feedback and went above and beyond to care for our family. Avion was excellent not only in guiding us through the typical selling process but also through the changes due to the pandemic. Avion was open and upfront about what improvements were needed to make to our home and very respectful of our budget. Once the house was listed, she hit the “road” running. She filmed a great video and got the marketing materials up fast. We were priced competitively and received six offers within 72 hours. We went under contract with an offer over the asking price after only one weekend on the market. This wouldn’t have happened without Avion’s hard work and knowledge of the market.
